We had a wonderful experience working with Julie and her team during our move from out of state. With only two days available to tour homes in person, Julie helped us narrow down listings based on our criteria weeks before we arrived, making our limited time on the ground much more productive and less stressful. Communication throughout the entire process was key. Even after we returned out of state during negotiations, inspections, and repairs, Julie and her team stayed in constant contact with the seller’s agent and contractors to ensure everything was completed on time. When we permanently arrived in Columbia, we were able to close and get the keys to our new home without added stress.
