Alex was the BEST from start to finish. I would recommend his expertise when it comes to any of your selling or buying needs. Alex sold my home in 2 weeks of the listing. I would recommend Alex to sell our home or assist you in the purchase of your home.
Alex Bordes, with RE/MAX Experience, assisted my boyfriend and I in both the selling of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Alex is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on the current market trends. We told him what we wanted, and in no time we found the perfect home at the perfect price. He sold our existing home within four days and we had a contract on our new home within 48 hours. I loved the fact that there was no time wasted in the process. Alex is a passionate photographer as well. For marketing purposes, he really knew how to capture accurate photos in order to attract a quick buyer. Alex is also very resourceful when comes to providing excellent contacts. Whether it was refinishing our floors, servicing the A/C units, painting our new home, and even prepping our house for sale, you name a service, he was able to provide the most professional contacts. We couldn't be more thrilled with our outcome. Alex is a top realtor, who I will continue to recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell! This was our best real estate experience!
Alex was extremely helpful during the entire process of updating the condo prior to and during it's time on the market. With my travel and work schedule, I could not have done it without him. I will definitely utilize his services again.
