Alex Tooke was my agent for both the sale of my condo and purchase of my townhome. He was a super communicator! Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable about the market, legal issues, and even can provide guidance as to who to discuss issues outside his scope of business/expertise. In addition to being an all-around expert, Alex is aggressive in making sure you will get the best deal on your sale and your purchase. Cannot highly enough recommend Alex!!

Alex was very knowledgeable with the comps in the neighborhood. He was very helpful with providing staging advice prior to the open house. He listed the house and did a coming soon, which seemed to drive up the interest. Several neighbors commented on how much they liked his signage. During the process he informed me of each step, so that there were no surprises. He answered all questions in a timely manner. He sold the house for over asking price on the first day of showings.
