World Class Realtors!!! Alex and Derek are the best realtors ever. My husband and I made the decision to move from Florida to Colorado. I searched for a realtor and landed on Alex and Derek based on their reviews. It was the best decision ever! We reached out to them through their site and they immediately set a video call with us. We laid out our wants and budget. They set up a search for the areas we were looking in and the areas they thought we might like. I marked houses that I liked and wanted to see, for just over a month, before I flew to Denver. Alex and Derek cleared their calendar for the 4 days I was going to bed in town so they could focus on us. I did my normal drive by of houses and eliminated some. Alex and Derek set a meeting with me Sunday evening to sit down and review the houses I had kept and to also add additional houses they thought would meet our criteria. They had some time on Sunday afternoon before another appointment and met to view a few houses. They could read my reactions to the houses, both good and bad. When they met me later that evening they came with laptop and tablet in hand. We had many houses to look at on Monday. By the end of the day on Monday I had selected a house to buy. Alex and Derek had the offer ready and submitted by end of day. They moved mountains to get the home inspection and other stuff done before I left on Thursday. They communicated every step of the way while we were in Florida and kept the house moving here in Denver. When the closing took place there were a few snags but Alex and Derek were there to get the bumps out of the way! We closed as planned and was moving in the house the same day. If you are making a cross country move I 100% recommend Alex and Derek as found us a realtor in FL and coordinated with the FL realtors to ensure that we would have a smooth transition from FL to CO. Alex & Derek were vital in our cross country home search. From the initial consult call to closing they were awesome to work with and listened to everything we needed. After dozens of houses we sifted through it came down to the final one that came on the market after we left from a visit touring houses, where Derek ended up going last minute to do a video call with us to see "the one". They made the whole process a breeze and even went the extra mile and brought over their vacuum when the sellers left the house in a less than desirable state post closing. 11/10 would recommend time and time again.
