We had the pleasure of finding Alex and Derek when searching for a Colorado-based realtor to assist us in our search for our new home in Lakewood, CO. We were relocating from Houston and didn’t really know much about the area or the neighborhoods. To start, we had a lengthy conversation about what we were looking for. After the call, they set us up in their database which sent properties to us which fit what we were looking for. Then when we had selected a bunch of homes we were interested in, we travelled to CO and they showed us 11 homes which we wanted to see. They also showed us the different neighborhoods. By the time we left, we had found three homes we liked and felt confident that Lakewood or Arvada was going to be our new home. IMPORTANT! We really felt through the whole process that Alex and Derek were more concerned with making sure we were happy rather than just making a sale. I felt they had our best interest at heart and truly were working FOR us. All along the way they communicated with us and entertained our special requests and concerns while being 1000 miles away. We had an excellent experience with Alex and his team. We were living on the East Coast and only had a few opportunities to look at properties in person. We got connected to Alex via a friend who was a previous client of his. Prior to our first visit to Denver, Alex provided us with a lot of information and also set up a flow of listings that fit what we were looking for. Alex was super communicative and really listened to us as we began narrowing the number of places we were interested in. He conducted many video tours for us when we weren't able to be there in person. When we finally landed on a place, we did the entire closing remotely. Since there was about a month between our closing and when we moved to Denver, Alex was kind enough to even install some basic privacy features (like temporary window shades) so that the house didn't look vacant. It gave us a lot of peace of mind. I'd definitely work with Alex again and would recommend him to others. His knowledge of the market and neighborhoods was invaluable as was his eagerness to meet buyer needs.

Alex made what was a seemingly impossible task possible. He worked with us to identify homes, walked us through them long distance, and then helped us close the deal - all without us having to be physically present. He is super organized, precise, detailed, and on top of every detail at every step of the way. Competent doesn't begin to describe the way he handled every aspect.
