We had an excellent experience with Alex and his team. We were living on the East Coast and only had a few opportunities to look at properties in person. We got connected to Alex via a friend who was a previous client of his. Prior to our first visit to Denver, Alex provided us with a lot of information and also set up a flow of listings that fit what we were looking for. Alex was super communicative and really listened to us as we began narrowing the number of places we were interested in. He conducted many video tours for us when we weren't able to be there in person. When we finally landed on a place, we did the entire closing remotely. Since there was about a month between our closing and when we moved to Denver, Alex was kind enough to even install some basic privacy features (like temporary window shades) so that the house didn't look vacant. It gave us a lot of peace of mind. I'd definitely work with Alex again and would recommend him to others. His knowledge of the market and neighborhoods was invaluable as was his eagerness to meet buyer needs.
Alex made what was a seemingly impossible task possible. He worked with us to identify homes, walked us through them long distance, and then helped us close the deal - all without us having to be physically present. He is super organized, precise, detailed, and on top of every detail at every step of the way. Competent doesn't begin to describe the way he handled every aspect. Alex & Derek helped us buy our new house and move to Colorado. They did a fantastic job, starting with finding homes that met our criteria. They were a great resource with information not only about the houses we looked at, but also the neighborhoods and cities they were in. When our first choice was taken (while we were thinking about it and planning an offer the next day) they quickly pivoted and helped us find another home. After we picked our new home, they were constantly in communication with us, keeping us informed and moving the process forward. When it came time for our walk-thoughs, Alex was always there with his great eyes. He found things that we never saw, and made sure they were addressed by the seller. Since we were unable to be in Colorado for closing, they made sure to take possesion of the house and have it ready for us when we arrived. I do not plan to move again, but if I have to, they will be my first call.
