Sold our house in 3 days!! Spent a WHOLE LOT of time helping us find the perfect new home to buy too!

Although my wife and I live in Pennsylvania, our son recently moved to Denver. We decided to help him by getting him started in the housing market and purchasing a house for him there. Alex was in it with us for the long haul. He and our son found several houses that would have worked but they all fell through. Finally, Alex found a great house and everything worked out well. There were a lot of negotiations with the sellers due to major items that needed to be repaired (sewer line, plumbing and electrical issues, etc) and he negotiated a great deal for us! Since we are in Pennsylvania and were unable to come to Denver to participate in the search for a house, we relied entirely on Alex, his experience, and his sound professional advice. He definitely came through on all fronts! We could not have asked for better or more timely communication and he always responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. So, here I sit, in Austin, Texas, recovering from a spinal fusion, while my husband and and children are settling into our new place, trying to get it ready before I get the ok from my doctor to fly to my new home. They never lost contact with us and, as a result, we found the most beautiful home in nearby Broomfield, CO!
