Alex made our buying and selling experience easy! From the very beginning he offered helpful advice, located potential properties to view and, when we decided to go with new construction, he set up those initial discussions. As it came time to close on our new home, he was in regular contact with the contractor, banker, and title company so that closing went off without any problems. He proved just as helpful when selling our previous house. He arranged for beautiful pictures, recommended vendors to make some sale-ready improvements and, when a last minute furnace problem developed, he was onsite supervising the work so as not to delay the next-day closing. He is the best!

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous going into the process. Alex really helped me feel at ease by explaining the whole process throughly and in an "easy to understand" kind of way. He was even willing to travel to a restaurant in Chatfield to meet with me! After Alex taught me the ins and outs of home buying, he was exceptionally responsive to any questions I had and quick to set up viewings. He always made sure to keep me updated about the houses I was interested in. I never had to guess what was suppose to happen next- Alex was already on it! He even provided connections with home inspectors and lenders which was very helpful. Overall, Alex made the once daunting experience of purchasing a home an absolute breeze. I truly do not think I'd be a homeowner had I not worked with him. He is definitely the best real estate agent out there!

A huge thank you to Alex for helping us find the perfect home as first time homebuyers, and simplifying the process for us! My husband and I recently moved to Rochester, Minnesota from Nevada and Alex was the first realtor we spoke to about buying a house as first time homebuyers. He was the best real-estate agent we could’ve asked for! We had a call with him (during which he was at a wrestling tournament but still answered) and then a Zoom appointment later in the week. Alex thoroughly explained the house buying process and what we should expect. He made the whole process a lot less daunting by simplifying everything for us. He also gave us many great tips and recommendations. One thing I deeply appreciated was Alex’s honesty while touring houses. Once we found the one we wanted he quickly contacted the listing agent so we could walk through again and then make an offer. We had a very short time period to look at houses before we had to head back to Nevada, and Alex really helped us get the touring and offer done in 48 hours. He also was able to get us a next day inspection so we could be there for that! Alex was always checking in on us, letting us know what was going on, and making sure we felt taken care of so far away. On our way to Minnesota from Nevada we had unexpected car issues and weren’t sure we would be able to make it on time for our closing. Alex was absolutely AMAZING during this. He worked with the mortgage broker and title company to come up with a solution for us. During this he was calling all of the people involved in selling the house and then calling us to keep us updated with what we could do. Within 20 minutes Alex had figured out the best solution, and eased everyone’s minds. He was so helpful and really took a lot of stress off of us during this already stressful time. A bonus of working with Alex is getting to meet the cutest dogs! Petting a dog is the best way to relieve stress while touring 20 homes in 2 days!
