I've moved dozens of time so have used, sometimes just endured, lots of realtors, so I have a good perspective here. Jason (and Tiffany behind) the scenes have been exemplary, extremely competent, personable, attendant to my concerns (accepting idiosyncracies in my wishes with only judicious expressions of caution), generous with their time. When I thought, for example, i couldn't get a mattress delivered soon, Jason offed to lend me an air mattress. When I got to the house there was a care package of the dozen or so things you need but forget the first day, a huge cookie saying 'Welcome Home Andy,' and an equally sized pizza. They know the town and who in it can help with things. Jason worked well with an unusually finicky inspector, not defensive, always focused on my needs. It's like having an old friend or a brother helping you make difficult decisions, making you feel welcome, critiquing choices and wishes tactfully and helpfully. And all this, from a practiced curmudgeonly octogenarian who's galactically hard to please in any area at all.

Setting the initial asking price is vitally important to selling quickly and for the most money. Jason nailed the asking price and the house sold in 11 days for asking price. Really appreciated that as well as all of the professional advice received along the way.

We had decided to downsize and wanted to sell our house. I knew Tiffany since we had used her before to build the house we were in. She seemed to know the right people for all kinds of jobs, from inspections, floor planning, and photographers. We planned the right time to show it and it sold in 8 days. All went fairly well.

As it came time to close on our new home, he was in regular contact with the contractor, banker, and title company so that closing went off without any problems. He proved just as helpful when selling our previous house. He arranged for beautiful pictures, recommended vendors to make some sale-ready improvements and, when a last minute furnace problem developed, he was onsite supervising the work so as not to delay the next-day closing. He is the best!

He was even willing to travel to a restaurant in Chatfield to meet with me! After Alex taught me the ins and outs of home buying, he was exceptionally responsive to any questions I had and quick to set up viewings. He always made sure to keep me updated about the houses I was interested in. I never had to guess what was suppose to happen next- Alex was already on it! He even provided connections with home inspectors and lenders which was very helpful. Overall, Alex made the once daunting experience of purchasing a home an absolute breeze. I truly do not think I'd be a homeowner had I not worked with him. He is definitely the best real estate agent out there!
