From the very beginning he offered helpful advice, located potential properties to view and, when we decided to go with new construction, he set up those initial discussions. As it came time to close on our new home, he was in regular contact with the contractor, banker, and title company so that closing went off without any problems. He proved just as helpful when selling our previous house. He arranged for beautiful pictures, recommended vendors to make some sale-ready improvements and, when a last minute furnace problem developed, he was onsite supervising the work so as not to delay the next-day closing. He is the best!

He worked with the mortgage broker and title company to come up with a solution for us. During this he was calling all of the people involved in selling the house and then calling us to keep us updated with what we could do. Within 20 minutes Alex had figured out the best solution, and eased everyone’s minds. He was so helpful and really took a lot of stress off of us during this already stressful time. A bonus of working with Alex is getting to meet the cutest dogs! Petting a dog is the best way to relieve stress while touring 20 homes in 2 days!

Earlier this year I was thinking of buying a bigger home with more storage and light here in Rochester MN - my townhome wasn't cutting it anymore. I started searching online for houses and was lucky enough to register on one of Alex's websites. He called me that day and we discussed my situation. We met at Tap House West End. He explained the process. I took my foot off the gas for about four months and reached back out around June. And we started looking at some houses here in Rochester. I was initially interested in the northwest area of Rochester, MN but I branched out to neighboring areas including Kasson and Byron. Alex, by the way, covers a sixty-mile radius of Rochester, MN. Eventually we even looking at some new construction homes here in Rochester. In the end I ended up finding a home in the Northwest Rochester as I had originally intended, where I made an offer. Alex negotiated a better deal and we closed quickly. Alex also took care to point out flaws and potentials issues with any house that we looked at which made me feel good about hiring him. He also connected me with lenders, inspectors, and title companies here in town as well. He kept me looped in on what was going on. Alex even went out of his way to connect me with an insurance agent who helped on my previous home as well. Any dog lover would enjoy working with Alex - which resonated with me as I have 90lb Golden Retriever. His dogs Atlas and Kaia showed up a few times.
