I found Alex through his auction service, and used him as a regular Real Estate Agent to find my property. This current real estate market is intense and it can be almost impossible to find a good deal especially on a rental property. Working with Alex we found the perfect property and got in for asking price which is extremely rare. Without Alex's constant effort and care there is no way this deal would have happened, I am very thankful for all his help and will absolutely be using him for any future transactions.
