Alex knew exactly what I was looking for and drove me to many properties, even though the distances were far and the days were getting late. II was being picky and at times indecisive, but she was so patient, sweet and encouraging. The housing market was really tough/competitive for an average buyer like me, each time we bid on a house someone richer than me offered a higher deposit and higher price. It got frustrating, but in the end Alex secured me a brand new Lennar house under construction with the perfect view to a pond and wetland. She is bi-lingual and was able to work with the builder and authorities with great ease and knowledge. I was really confused and nervous with all their lingo and terminology, but she explained things to me in layman's terms so that I could make confident decisions. She always followed up to make sure I understood everything and that I took care of deliverables, because I am a real procrastinator, lol. She really impressed me at the initial walk-thru and the closing day which had lots of problems with the builder. She became a lioness , summoned construction staff and supervisor's supervisor etc. I would have never know to look for all this stuff, but she knew!!!! No one has ever fought for me this hard before, and she definitely got results. I am happily settled in my new home now, and thank her every day to get me into this house, it's perfect for me. Every now and then I still call her and ask for advice, even which color curtains to hang, lol. I love Alex.
