I've been working with Woody for just a few weeks now to find a home. Coming in, I had almost no knowledge of the process or what to expect. He has guided me every step of the way. When you have a VA Loan its important to have a realtor and lender that are knowledgeable in the VA process and Woody seems to be an expert in VA properties and conditions. In just one week we found a perfect condo and put in an offer. He guided me through the bidding process. He also wrote a letter to the sellers agent and suggested that I write a letter to the homeowner detailing what I loved about their home. I took Woody's advice and wrote the letter and what great advice! There was a bid higher than mine but the home owners accepted my offer because of the letters we wrote! So amazing! We're in escrow now and Woody calls me every day to keep me updated on the progress and what to expect next.
