We were referred to Woody by a very trusted acquaintance and we couldn't have been more pleased. Woody, from the start, had a great plan, listened to my needs and set things up to ensure the best opportunity to have the property sold in the quickest timeframe, which it did. The property sold in less than one month. Even though I was living three thousand miles from the property, Woody removed all concerns regarding distance. He was prepared from the start with knowing how to proceed with every circumstance that arose and made the distance irrelevant. Even when the dishwasher sprung a leak and I had to work with the homeowner insurance to get the adjuster and contractors in, things never skipped a beat. Everything got cleaned up, all circumstances were handled - it was marvelous to have someone that mitigated every concern. I knew Woody had everything under control all the time. Woody kept me updated constantly, communication is so important, to the point that he met our desire to sell the property before the end of the calendar year at our asking price! Woody knows the entire process and what is coming when. He laid out a calendar of steps so I knew what to expect and what I had to do and when.
