Aisling was absolutely amazing when we used her to help us sell our home. We sold our home in 4 days and other home around us with comparable price points had still not sold after 20 days. I believe much of that is due to her due diligence in helping us price out our home correctly. We priced our home slightly below the appraised/market value. This led to someone bidding on our home and adding $30K to the offer. The offer we received was the starting price of all the other homes and I believe the buyer knew they would have to offer more than the asking so they went with ours. I can't say enough about how Aisling handles all the paperwork and communications between buyer and buyers agent. Everything was done right away with a moments notice. We never had to follow up with her and ask where something was. The process was very smooth and I would whole heartily recommend Aisling as you next Real Estate Rep.
