Ahisha N. Hood is a kind and passionate real estate professional, dedicated to improving the lives of others through the vehicle of real estate. An Atlanta-native herself, she enjoys introducing people to the endless possibilities that her beautiful hometown has to offer.
A life-long learner, Ahisha has obtained Graduate-level training in Communications (Walden University, Grad. Cert.); a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership (Clayton State University, B.A.S.); and an Associate’s degree in Marketing Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship (Atlanta Technical College, A.A.S.) ... earning several scholarships along the way and completing all programs with honors.
Collectively, Ahisha utilizes, and constantly builds upon, this knowledge-base and real-world experience to lead with honesty, humility, and unbridled enthusiasm to help her agents become the very best that they can be. Ahisha has over ten years of experience as an active real estate professional and has since been certified as a Luxury Home Sales Specialist, a Residential Staging Professional, and has obtained a New Home Selling Expert designation. Ahisha has additionally earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS), e-PRO®, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations through the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as well as the REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. She has also attained the National Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist (CREIPS) credentials from the National Commercial Real Estate Association (NCREA). Moreover, Ahisha received multiple real estate rewards for being both a top sales agent and for building one of the fastest growing companies in recent years.
Ahisha is the Qualifying Broker and owner of LifeHood Realty Group. She is also an active member of both the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing; the Empire Board of Realtists®—the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB); the United Developer's Council (UDC), and of the largest and most active real estate association in the state of Georgia: the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA). Ahisha—a broker, entrepreneur, realtor, and an eternal humanitarian—is especially fervent about creating financial independence, generational wealth, and aiding disadvantaged members of society.
In her leisure time, Ahisha enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, reading inspirational books, attending comedy shows, and trying out new restaurants around town. She also finds great pleasure in volunteering, teaching, learning, and working with youth.
