A true Professional!

The best of the best!

David Myers represented the sale of our Kissimmee home. We wanted to assure the best timing, so David worked with us for almost a year, sending us detailed information for sales in the area on a daily basis. He responded almost immediately every time we made contact. Once we decided on the timing and pricing, our home sold almost immediately. In addition we are planning to purchase a home in the area that better suits our needs. David has already started assisting with our search. We have purchased and sold many homes over the past 30+ years. We will only use David Myers for our real estate needs in central Florida going forward. He is absolutely the best of the best.

My Experience with David Myers, Buying Agent

David helped find and buy my Florida dream house. This was quite a feat as there is now a home buying frenzy right now with multiple bids and offers way over list price. Moreover since I live in California and had to bid for a house remotely, David had to know exactly what I was looking for. David is completely trustworthy and service oriented. After we closed on our dreamhouse, he was there for me eith referrals for cleaners, handymen, etc. I have no hesitation recommending him to my friends and famoly.
