David Myers represented the sale of our Kissimmee home. We wanted to assure the best timing, so David worked with us for almost a year, sending us detailed information for sales in the area on a daily basis. David helped find and buy my Florida dream house. This was quite a feat as there is now a home buying frenzy right now with multiple bids and offers way over list price. Moreover since I live in California and had to bid for a house remotely, David had to know exactly what I was looking for. David is completely trustworthy and service oriented. My husband and I live in Ohio, and we are relocating to Orlando. I have been searching on-line for the perfect home. I found David's website and was very impressed with the wealth of information that his site had to offer and how easy it was to find what we wanted/needed. One of the difficult items to find on other realtors' sites is the "community" info, such as HOA dues and amenities. When trying to purchase a home long distance it can be very frustrating, however, David's site was easy to navigate, and he followed up with us promptly via phone and e-mail. He worked around our schedule to set up arrangements to view the home on a weekend that we could come to Florida. He is very friendly, professional and encouraging especially when long-distance anxieties surface! David was always available to address questions and made us feel like we were a priority. We knew this home would be perfect for us and he went above and beyond to help us get into our home! Would we recommend David Myers? Of course we would and we already have!! :) Thank you David!
