This is late, but I do want to recommend Brenda Ratliff as your personal realtor. When Jana and I became engaged to be married in October 2024, we decided to move out of our respective houses, and build a new house adjacent to her two sons' homes. She would sell her home to a grandson, and I would sell my home in Bloomington to finance the new build. That was when we contacted Brenda.
