Working with Cecil and Natasha Rowlett was an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we originally purchased our home in 2011, we used Carpenter Realtors simply because they were the listing agency. So when it came time to sell, it felt natural to return, and that’s when we had the pleasure of working with Cecil and Natasha. As a first-time home seller, and being out of state during the entire process, I expected things to be stressful. Instead, Cecil and Natasha made the experience smooth and completely manageable. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. I initially wanted to list the house for less, but Cecil provided thoughtful guidance on pricing. We trusted his expertise, and it paid off, the home sold for more than I originally expected and much faster than anticipated. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept us informed with texts whenever the house was shown and when offers came in. They offered advice when needed, but never in a pushy way, which I truly appreciated. They also went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. When the buyers requested that the appliances be removed, Cecil and Natasha even offered to list them on Facebook Marketplace for us, which was incredibly helpful given that we were out of state. As closing approached, my biggest concern was having someone there with us. When they assured me that Cecil would be there, it immediately put my mind at ease. Even though we’ve now moved two states away, if we were ever buying or selling a home in Bedford again, there’s no question, we would choose Cecil and Natasha Rowlett. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely supportive real estate professionals.
