As a first time home buyer, my experience was great due to Matt being able to communicate to where I could understand. Any time he would explain anything it was to a level where I could understand it without it sounding overly complicated. He's a straight shooter when it comes to giving you the information you need and maybe even dont need but I always think the more you know the better. Later down the road in life if I am looking to buy a house again Matt is the guy I am going with. I appreciated all your help through the process Matt!
