We love working under the Williams Carpenter Name, and we especially love working hard for our clients! I am native to Lawrence County, and my wife Chelse is originally from Orange County! We have always held a passion for bettering our communities and are blessed to work side by side. I am a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School and the Texas Horseshoeing School. I also studied Business Administration at Ivy Tech of Bloomington. Both of my grandfathers worked in carpentry and construction all of their lives and built several homes in Lawrence and surrounding counties. Watching both of them paired with guidance from my parents provided a platform for me to work hard every day! I worked with Lawrence County Emergency Management and 911 Re-Addressing for nearly 16 years! My acquired knowledge of public relations, subdivisions and plats, mapping databases, and parcels of land has provided a perfect foundation for my real estate career. I have owned and operated my own horseshoeing business for over fourteen years where I have taken pride in providing professional and reliable quality and care. I also owned and operating multiple other businesses here in Lawrence County. Through my experiences with these businesses, I have obtained a vast knowledge about agricultural, residential and commercial real estate and the importance that they have in a community. I specialize in customer relations, because that's what I know and that's what I care about! I married my beautiful wife Chelse, in October of 2014, and in mid April of 2018 we welcomed our first daughter into the world! Our second daughter was born in November of 2023 and made our family whole! We enjoy time with friends and family, boating, traveling to new places, and working as a team. Vicky joined the Carpenter team in June of 2004 after having worked for 25 years in tax preparation. God has tremendously blessed Vicky's real estate career and she has consistently remained one of the top producers for Lawrence County. Susan, a dedicated real estate professional, began her career in 1989 when she received her real estate license. She currently serves as a full-time Listing & Sales Agent and Branch Manager at Williams Carpenter Realtors in both the Bedford and West Baden Springs offices, a firm recognized as Lawrence County's leading real estate agency. Born the eldest of five children, Susan developed a strong understanding of caring, sharing, and responsibility from an early age. She values hard work and strives to ensure her clients receive optimal value for their investments. In 1980, Susan married Bob Wykoff, an employee of National Gypsum. They have two daughters, Robin and Brandi. Robin, married to Jonathon, resides in Noblesville, IN, and they are parents to our granddaughters, Eden and Ezra Jane. Brandi, lives in Bedford and is mother to our two grandsons, Hayden and Carson. Susan is committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending classes and workshops beyond Indiana's mandated requirements. Natasha Johns has been a realtor and with Williams Carpenter Realtors for over thirteen years. She grew up with a grandmother and father who were successful Realtors and builders. She grew up watching them develop subdivisions, remodel and flip homes as well as helping clients in all stages of life buying and selling homes. From an early age, it was instilled in her the value of real estate and the American dream of owning your own home. Natasha does not take the job lightly of helping her clients buy or sell. It is one of the biggest investments that people make and she wants to help it be the best experience.
