Vicky has been my realtor on several real estate transactions as both the buying and selling agent. She has always known the market for the local and surrounding areas and responds promptly to questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Vicky was very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to talk to and get to know. Always available to answer my questions. Would highly recommend her for future realtor needs.

Vicky was a step ahead of every situation and understood what was important to our family in finding the perfect home.

Vicki is so professional. She always gets right back with you if you have any questions. You can depend on her to do her best with your transactions, keep you informed, and she follows through with every thing she does. She has been a lifesaver for our family and also for our businesses in the past. We truly appreciate the care she takes.

Vicky helped my wife and I through a couple of years of house buying once in the middle of 2024 and again in 2026. She was very dedicated to finding my wife and I a home and not just selling us a house. She shot down plenty of houses even if we kinda liked them, being knowledgeable about houses on what is a big deal to fix vs what is little. She would answer our text late at night and was very on top of dates and deadlines often keeping us in the loop of paperwork changes and legal timelines. She knew how to write a contract to keep the seller and buyer both accountable for dates and requests. Overall I cannot say enough good things about Vicky and how she helped us in our buying process. She became my wife and I’s house buying mother. A great Christian woman and highly recommended.

Vicky is very good at her job and will respond day or night when needed she will get you answers and will not leave you hanging.

Fantastic from the moment we met her. She guided us through the process and kept us away from purchasing something that wasn't right. She never missed a phone call and was so easy to work with. Vicki knows her stuff and will protect you through the process.

This was our 4th transaction with Vicky! We wouldn't use anyone else! She makes buying and selling so easy! She is honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable! We sit back and she does all the work! She even answers our crazy questions anytime of day or night! Thanks Vicky for everything you do!!!!

Vicky is amazing!! I feel completely satisfied in all things she suggests to me. She is there to advocate for me when I don’t recognize or understand something. She is there to serve others and not worry about the money. Here’s to Vicky being a blessing!

Vicky was a great help and kept me updated and semi-calm through the process!

I was very pleased with our choice of Vicky Speer for our real estate needs. She was very good at communicating to us what was going on and explained things when we had questions. She gave very timely responses and helped us navigate the sale of my mom's house. It is a very different experience selling a house as a power of attorney than selling outright as the owner, and Vicky helped us navigate that beautifully!

Vicky was seriously so amazing. This was our first time purchasing a home, and she made it so stress free. Her communication was great, she had so much patience when it came to answering questions, attentive, and knowledgeable. Always looking out for her customer’s best interest. We are truly grateful for everything. Thank you Vicky!
