I cannot say enough about Debra and her partner Maryanne Rull. They are above and beyond the best realtors I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, prompt, organized, and well versed in all things realty. They are truly experts in their field, and you would be remiss to hire anyone else. You will not be disappointed in this team! I had many, many other realtors come knocking to sell my property, but I literally just knew from the moment they arrived that they were going to be the ones, and I really made the best decision ever to hire them. These 2 should be the only realtors out there - they are THAT good!

We were under an aggressive timeline to sell in time to close on our new home. We were extremely impressed how quickly open houses were scheduled and on the turnout for them. Dave was there every step of the way advising us as to progress and advising us on next steps. Eileen was our realtor for purchasing our first home. With having a 1 and a half year old and being pregnant with another on the way buying a house was a very stressful idea. In addition to her wealth of knowledge on the local market and offer & closing processes, she is incredibly responsive to any and all questions related to your new house. We told Melissa what we were interested in, our budget, and what matters most to us, and she guided us through several properties with full transparency on the pros and cons of each prospective home. We wanted to take our time and Melissa was very patient and accommodating, and when we finally found our dream home, she moved super fast to put an offer in and close the deal with all of our needs fully met.
