Linda was terrific from the first moment of our professional relationship through closing. My experience was the best I've had dealing with the sale of a generational home. Linda's thoughtful and timely discussions kept the process focussed and directed. Linda knows the locale like the back of her hand, so her assessment's of value were of great help. One of the most imporatant aspects of working with Linda was the professional resources and contractor vendors that she and her company provided. From the electrician to the closing lawyer that they have worked with, everything was A+ and a smooth process.

I had the rather daunting challenge of selling my father's condo while living overseas, but Dave (along with Abir and Heather and the rest of his team) made it super easy. From the first meeting, I had a good feeling about them, and my feeling was right. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, organized pretty extensive renovation works for me, were just generally great to communicate with, and took care of all the details. They even checked the mail for me! I'm really grateful to them, and recommend them 100%.

I can’t say enough nice things about Jonathan. I worked with him on a few different occasions and he exceeded expectations every single time. He is extremely smart and knows the market so well. Also just works well with people to get the job done. My closings all went so smoothly because of him. Any little bump in the road he was on top of it. HIGHLY recommend, I literally wouldn’t trust anyone else, he really is the best.

We absolutely love working with Jonathon! He is reliable, trust worthy, responsive, and so knowledgeable about the market so we knew we were getting a fair price. He advocated for our best interests every step along the way. We’ve purchased two homes in Boston with Jon and we would recommend him to everyone!

We are so grateful for Linda’s experience and guidance as we moved my parents from their home in Gloucester to a rental in Marblehead. We needed an agent we could really trust and that’s exactly why we worked with Linda. She went above and beyond in so many ways- she offered recommendations on how to make this very challenging process easier for my parents and made sure she was communicating with my brother, sister and me- every step of the way. Linda helped us get their house ready to list, knew exactly what to do when a couple of hiccups came up and then walked us through the process to determine the best list price for my parent’s house. She then made sure there was so much interested in their house before it even hit the market. We were thrilled when their house was under agreement just 5 days after it was listed and sold over list price. Linda also made sure the closing process went as smooth as possible for all of us. My family is so happy we worked with Linda as our seller’s agent and recommend her for all of the reasons I shared above. I will add a few more reasons; her work ethic, amazing follow up skills, (to make sure we were all on the ball) her thoroughness and her positive and engaging personality. Thank you Linda!

Trying to buy a first home in this low-inventory market is no joke, but with Linda, we felt heard and supported every step of the way. She advocated for us nonstop and provided indispensable advice time and time again. Linda's patience, professionalism and positivity are unmatched. Because of her tireless work and excellent guidance, we will soon be moving into our home in Beverly—a goal we weren't sure could be achieved before we began working with Linda. If you are considering reaching out, DO IT!

I recently had the pleasure of working with David Haschig to purchase my condo, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final closing, David demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my needs. Throughout the process, David provided invaluable guidance and support. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a condo and tailored his search to match my preferences. His knowledge of the local market was exceptional, and he was able to identify properties that met my criteria perfectly. One aspect that stood out to me was David's responsiveness. He was always available to answer any questions I had and promptly addressed any concerns that arose. This level of communication helped alleviate any stress I may have had during the home-buying process. Additionally, David went above and beyond to negotiate the best deal for me. He skillfully navigated the negotiations with the seller and ensured that my interests were represented every step of the way. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to purchase my dream condo at a price that fit within my budget. Overall, I highly recommend David to anyone in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction truly set them apart. If you're looking to buy or sell a property in the area, David Haschig is the one to call.

My 250 year old home was in need of several cosmetic upgrades, but roof, driveway, heating system and energy had all been addressed. When I bought an old house in my dream location, I renovated that, moved, then focused on my old home. I deep cleaned & repainted walls & ceilings. I interviewed multiple realtor candidates; Tammy & David came with a personal reference. I am SO glad I chose Haschig! All other realtors had advised me to sell as is for a very low price, despite its access to multiple amenities & good school system. When Tammy saw all the work I put into showing that the house had good bones + a clean slate, she suggested I market it at a much higher asking. She did extensive homework & showed me comps/studies. I followed her advice. The professional photographs she had taken were stunning, & truly illustrated how bright, quaint & quirky the house is, showcasing house & land so beautifully. The open house was well-attended & produced an offer over asking. Unfortunately, buyer's financing fell through. Despite this all occurring just before Christmas holidays, Tammy rescheduled an open house and heavily marketed the home by reaching out to other agents who had clients looking for our location. The house went back on market on a Monday, had 11 showings by Wednesday morning, & an offer for full asking price (w/o inspection!) by Wednesday evening. I could have chosen to wait for an OH and hope for a bidding war, but I honestly felt the asking price was fair & I wanted a quick sale. Tammy assured me the market would bear the price she suggested. David reviewed it & assured that the house would very likely appraise accordingly. Everything was exactly as they said. They (& Heather in the office) walked me through EVERY detail. They also popped in repeatedly to check the heat on nights I didn't stay, & Tammy even shoveled the walk the day the house closed. During the whole experience, the Haschig team was always communicative & supportive. 12/10 would recommend.

Linda is not only my Realtor she’s also my sister! I have worked with her on multiple purchases and sales in Marblehead. I know there are people out there that say “Never work with family”, but this just isn’t true for Linda. She didn’t take my business for granted and I always felt protected and advocated for. I’ve recommended many friends and in-laws to her over the years and she’s always gotten high praise. She knows marketing and she’s a fabulous negotiator. Get her on your team!
