My fiance and I were first-time homebuyers. I would describe Andrea as a miracle worker, honestly. Literally almost the minute we began to work with her, she was on the phone booking a viewing of a condo we were very interested in. My fiance and I thought in this crazy market with skyrocketed prices that we'd either be priced out of Massachusetts, especially in the towns we wanted, or that someone would always have the upper hand on us. Not with Andrea on our side! As soon as we saw said condo and wanted to put an offer, she was getting things done and getting us results. Our offer got accepted shortly after! We really could not believe how quickly and successfully Andrea worked to get us our dream home. We had previously worked for a few months with another realtor who could not deliver, and almost made us feel like we were just kids out of our league. We had nearly given up hope that buying just wasn't meant to be. Melissa was great! She worked around our crazy schedules to set up showings and would set up multiple in a row, maximizing what little time we had. There was never any pressure. She quickly figured out what it was that we were looking for and helped us get into the perfect house. When it came time to put in an offer her advise was what got ours accepted over a few others that came in at the same time.
