I cannot imagine having a better agent than Melissa. In addition to her wealth of knowledge on the local market and offer & closing processes, she is incredibly responsive to any and all questions related to your new house. We told Melissa what we were interested in, our budget, and what matters most to us, and she guided us through several properties with full transparency on the pros and cons of each prospective home. We wanted to take our time and Melissa was very patient and accommodating, and when we finally found our dream home, she moved super fast to put an offer in and close the deal with all of our needs fully met. At every step of the way, Amy excelled in helping our daughter find her first home. She was quick to pick up on her desire to substantially reduce her commute and thanks to Amy, we now know the approximate transportation times and schedules in the Greater Boston area! Whether researching Boston neighborhoods or driving to showings and open houses, Amy remained enthusiastic through a process that took us from suburban 3rd floor condos, single family homes to a Back Bay condo. We appreciated her positive, upbeat manner and enthusiasm for the process as Alena changed and refined her priorities for a home. Novices to the home buying process (we’ve lived in the same house for over 30 years), Amy had recommendations for home inspectors and attorneys when our daughter was ready to make an offer. We’re extremely pleased with those she recommended, including an attorney with experience in family mortgages and seller leasebacks. It was during the Purchase and Sales period that Amy again showed what makes her a great agent.
