As a seasoned commercial and residential real estate professional, entrepreneur, and Sales Vice President, I have dedicated my career to helping clients throughout Connecticut and New York make confident, strategic real estate decisions. My approach is built on integrity, creativity, market expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. I began my full-time real estate career at DVB Commercial Realty in Norwalk, Connecticut, where I built a strong foundation in commercial real estate while developing the principles that would eventually become my proprietary Resi-Mercial™ System. During the next seven years at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, I refined and perfected this process by seamlessly integrating residential and commercial real estate strategies. The result is a unique approach that uncovers opportunities others often overlook, solves complex real estate challenges, and creates greater value for buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants alike. Today, as Sales Vice President and Commercial Team Lead at Century 21 AllPoints Realty, I continue to expand and implement the Resi-Mercial™ System while mentoring agents to bridge the gap between residential and commercial real estate. Molly has been a pleasure to work with...

Molly has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. She is quick to respond to all our calls and questions. She is extermely personable and knowledgeable in the area and process of buying our home. Molly was very helpful and kept our concerns, needs, wants, and family life in mind when showing us homes.
