We had a wonderful experience working with Lisa Hartmann to buy our first home. It was a long and at many times discouraging process, but Lisa was there for us every step of the way. She helped us remain positive that things would eventually work out and we would find the perfect home for us. She was always available, taking us to countless showings and open houses as we narrowed down what we wanted in a home. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and could not have done this without her.

From the very first interaction we had with Lisa she was professional, honest with us and she was the only realtor we trusted. From selling our homes and renting our properties we were never disappointed. Thanks Lisa!!!

Lisa Hartmann could not have done a better job. She was creative, considerate, and a good negotiator. She spent much time helping to “Stage” house for showings. She worked through various difficulties and issues with the home to increase its marketability. I could not have asked for more

We were such lucky buyers to get Lainie as our agent. We saw a house online and made a call - next thing we knew we met the woman who would work her heart out to get us our house. Lainie never missed a beat and was constantly available through the buying process. She went above and beyond to help us ensure we were making a sound offer and good investment. Being new to Fairfield County, she ensured we had great access to all the professionals we needed in the buying process. She was expert in her approach to our family. We are a lesbian couple with young kids and Lainie was a great LGBT affirming agent. Based in her life experience, she was able to sense what concerns we would have about the house and walked us through how we could adapt it to work best for our family. Perhaps it was the kindred Brooklyn connection from all our youth experience, but we bonded instantly with Lainie. You will be in good and caring hands with Lainie as your agent.

I cannot say enough great things about Lainie! We loved working with her! She helped me and my husband purchase our first home in Connecticut (we had been renting in NYC). Lainie was super responsive and was constantly on the look out for us. She took the time and energy to help us figure out what we were looking for ... and help us find the perfect home! She is excellent at her job, and you are in good hands if you're working with her!

Elvira is the most knowledgeable and thorough realtor I have ever worked with. She takes a personal interest in finding and negotiating the best possible deals for her clients. Elvira is extremely diligent following up on every detail of the transaction with all involved parties making sure that everything stays on track and within schedules. I could not possibly give a higher or warmer recommendation for working with Elvira!!
