David went above and beyond when it came to selling my home. This was my first time selling a home so I had no idea what I was doing and he made the process incredibly easy. I was constantly bothering him with random questions and he was always available to help out. We hit a snag when it came to closing that was completely out of his control and David handled it with grace and professionalism. I’m sure I would have had multiple meltdowns if I didn’t have him on my team helping me through every step of the process. I absolutely recommend David for selling your home. As someone who never really wanted to own property, I started this process with very little knowledge about buying a home. Once I realized it was the best option for my family, I decided to move forward, and having the right realtor made all the difference. From day one, David showed that he was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and always did a great job explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. He never made me feel overwhelmed or uninformed, and he was always willing to answer questions, no matter how basic I felt the questions may have seemed. Throughout the entire process, David was consistently available whenever I needed to talk - whether it was to discuss a specific property, understand next steps, or just get reassurance during a stressful moment. There were times that I sent him a text message at 11:30 PM, expecting to hear a reply the next morning, only to be immediately met with an, "I'm available if a call is easier." He was easy to talk to, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about helping my family make the right decision. Another trait that stood out to me was how hard David worked on our behalf. More than once, he went to bat for us to help secure the best possible deal and advocate for our interests. I always felt like he was in our corner and looking out for us rather than simply trying to close a transaction. Buying a home was something I never expected to do, and it could have been an intimidating experience. Instead, thanks to his guidance, the whole process felt manageable and (dare I say) enjoyable. I helped my daughter and her husband who is away in the army to purchase their first house. I believe that I have purchased my last home recently in Florida but have had lots of experience as a home owner and have bought and sold multiple investment properties through the years in New Jersey. I have worked with some excellent realtors. I would put Dave at the top of that list. Dave has a vast knowledge of the local area and great contacts. He was able to provide detailed and sometimes complex realty related issues in a clear, accurate and friendly manner. At each crossroad in the deal, it was apparent that my daughter had a person in her corner dedicated to providing her with the best possible experience as well as the best deal. David helped our family sell our mother’s estate, and to say he did a phenomenal job is an understatement! From the very beginning, David made everything feel simple and stress-free. First off, he didn’t just throw a price on the home and hope for the best. He strategically priced it which helped it sell in less than a week. David was there every step of the way. We received thorough communication on any updates and instructions on what to expect next constantly. He negotiated hard for us and made sure to keep our best interests in mind. David is a true professional and was amazed at how hands-on he was. He coordinated contractors, clearly outlined what needed to be done to pass inspections, worked directly with the buyers lender, agent, and the title company to make sure everything ran smoothly and our questions were answered. He managed the entire process from start to finish. Before passing, my mother and father lived in the home for decades and what meant so much to me and my sisters was that it sold to someone we know will take care of it which wasn’t something we asked for at first, but it ended up meaning a lot to our family! I met david while at work. He walked in as a regular customer and I personally happened to be asking people in the area about their HOA & possibly CDD. He was with his wife getting paint for their home at the time but he was very patient with me and started asking all the right questions & more than covered all of our concerns. Mind you I was already in a bad deal/contract with a builder and he eventually helped me get out of it with a few suggestions. He then helped us look for a home (my wife & I) based on our list and we eventually landed a sweet deal with one of the best builders and we are genuinely happy and we are thankful we were able to meet David. Definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a home!
