The first house we had Cheryl sell for us was in 1999, after selling that house for us Cheryl found us a new home on the eastside of Fremont, we lived in that home for 21 years. The house had a large yard which required a lot of work to take care of. Maybe condo living would be better, Cheryl found us a condo in Ballville. Surrounded by farm fields first year was fine, second year corn was planted, Diane is an asthmatic, and corn pollen aggravated her asthma. Needless to say, we had to get out of the condo, once again Cheryl came through for us, finding us a house with everything on the first floor. We wouldd not keep going back to Cheryl if she wasn't competent, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to seee her clients find the home they want.

Knew Steven from years ago. Reached out to him & he was quick & on top of the booking houses for us, getting info for us. He was just as excited for us as we were when we found our house. & he went out of the way to answer every question we had...which was a lot. We recommend him to anyone we come across house searching. He's really great & personable. We didn't know if we wanted a realtor at first, but so grateful we did.
