When I first met with Kelly, she was very very knowledgeable. She informed me of the price that we were looking for within one day we had several offers. She continued to show the house and she never gave up the house needed repairs that I wasn’t willing to do and she got very close to the asking price, great communication totally understanding and just made Selling my parents property easy I would recommend Kelly Overmeyer as anyone’s realtor, and I know that you would be extremely happy with her. If you are looking for an agent, you have to call Jamie. Very knowledgable of the entire business. And if she is unsure of something she is quick to get answers for you. She is very easy to talk to and understanding of your needs. Something that I always appreciate is how quickly she returns phone calls and emails. Truly makes you feel like you are her only client. I have purchased a few properties for personal and business reasons, and have also sold a property with her. I will never use another agent.
