My experience with Wendt Key and Jamie Ritchie was above and beyond my expectations!!! Being the POA of my sister in law and that she was placed in a nursing home made it difficult to have to sell the home that she loved. I was hesitant to put it on the market, but after talking to Jamie, I knew it was the best thing to do. She and her team of staff walked me through every aspect of the selling process. I was able to ask questions, no matter how insignificant they were, cry on her shoulder, and voice my opinion when I got frustrated with the process. The day of the closing, I couldn't have been more happier that Jamie was by my side. The process of closing went smoothly and now I have one less thing to worry about with taking care of my sister in law. Thank you so much, Jamie, from the bottom of my heart!

Rob is an amazing realtor. We currently live in Florida, so it was a little harder looking at places. We had hard standard due to our loan type and Rob exceeded our expectations. He put up with our goose chase for the perfect house with us not even being there personally. He prob went to 10+ houses for us before we found the one.
