Initially my wife and I were interested in looking at real estate in Sarasota County and we needed a realtor. We reached out to an “I love Siesta Key” FB group and Robin and other realtors responded. Robin really went the extra mile for us by driving down to a Nokomis property we were interested in and she FaceTime’d us giving us a tour of the property. We were impressed. She really differentiated herself. Subsequently, we made a trip down to view properties with Robin and she was always prepared and very responsive to our needs. Ultimately we found “the beach property” and again Robin was there for us guiding us through the process and helping us with various vendors etc. We would highly recommend anyone living out of town like us and looking to buy in Sarasota County to give Robin a call!
