LInda was very responsive in answering emails. She spent a lot of time planning property visits/viewings. We visited close to 20 properties before finding the right one. We negotiated several contracts with unreasonable people which she handled well. Even the final house was a tough negotiation but Linda finally got it negotiated with all parties coming to an agreement. She also made sure the walk through went smoothly as did the closing.

Linda and I were in a difficult real estate situation due to the time it takes to have a probate judge sign off on the sale. More then just a help with the process she went to my 90 year old fathers home on at least two occasions perhaps three times to gather information we needed for loan processing. And her help didn't stop after the closing.
