She is extremely professional and pleasant. We had several issues arise and she was able to navigate and fix each one in a timely manner. Our family is extremely grateful to her for all of her hard work and diligence. We would recommend her highly to anyone needing to purchase or sell a home.

Linda provided great service and went above and beyond to help us sell the house, We did not live in the area, so she kept and eye on the property and let us know if anything ever needed to be done. Always provided quick response with any questions or concerns we had.

Linda was a pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm kept us positive even through a terrible hurricane season that impacted our sale. She kept me up to date every step of the way. She was determined to find the right buyer for my property.

Linda was very thorough, and knows the local market in NE Ocala very well. She was responsive to our needs under difficult circumstances (us being remote to Ocala), and met our goals of moving our Dad's property quickly.

Very knowledgeable of area, and interested buyers, home sold within five days. Polite, professional and personable. The home was in poor shape, but on a desirable lot in a desirable Neighborhood, she priced it correctly for a fast sale, and we closed close to asking price.

Linda was always knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. She responded quickly to any issues that I had and went out of her way to help with dealing with things that I left behind in the house. I would recomend her to anyone trying to sell in Ocala East Villas. I think that she was overly positive in the beginning and I wasn't always sure that she was listening when we explained the difficulties with the house.

Linda provided excellent service in an incredibly complicated & frustrating transaction where both myself & the sellers primarily live & work overseas. Linda was always incredibly responsive and patient throughout the process that included multiple offers, counter-offers, inspections & a major hurricane striking a few days before the scheduled closing (no damages, thankfully).
