LInda was very responsive in answering emails. She spent a lot of time planning property visits/viewings. We visited close to 20 properties before finding the right one. We negotiated several contracts with unreasonable people which she handled well. Even the final house was a tough negotiation but Linda finally got it negotiated with all parties coming to an agreement. She also made sure the walk through went smoothly as did the closing.
