Linda worked hard to keep our deal together despite a very unreasonable seller. She worked constantly with the seller's agent to get things worked out. She spend a lot of time taking us to at least 20 homes before we found the one we wanted. We were from out of town and Linda took us all over so we got familiar with the area we wanted to buy in. I would call her if I were buying another home.

I needed to handle the selling of one of my children’s home as they were u out of town and could not be here. I had no idea how to go about that but she did. She told me the paperwork I would need from my son allowing me to handle this on his behalf and then she got to work getting everything in order to get it listed and let us know what needed to be fixed and straightened out with house to facilitate a good sale. We ran into a few snags and she always knew how to rectify the issue. She is a very knowledgeable and professional person. I would recommend her very highly to anyone .
