We are out of state sellers and we needed someone who would be ale to work with that issue. Deborah did outstanding. There were several instances that someone needed to be at the property for an inspection or something. Deborah jumped right in and took care of it. She had to drive a couple of hours to do that for us. She even showed the property for another agent because that agent couldn't be there at that time.

Linda Kress was a delight to work with! After the first meeting we knew we had picked the best Agent to handle the sale of our Mothers home. She explained how the entire process would work, provided an estimate range of the asking price and net amount we would receive after the exisiting mortgage was paid off. She worked very closely with the Buyers agent, keeping us constantly informed about how things were going! When the Buyer's home inspection turned up a major repair issue that needed to be done, Linda contacted us right away and explained the problem and what had to be done to resolve the issue! Later when we asked, Linda was able to provide us with a list of several companies that did the type of work we needed to get the repairs completed. Linda's knowledge of Real Estate, the local market area and related service providers was excellent, making the entire process comfortable and easy on us! You won't find another Real Estate Agent that will work any harder than Linda Kress!!!
