Before choosing a real estate agent, as a professional (lawyer) I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the location of the property, and who would be able to interact with my on a professional level and make an intelligent decision about values, listing prices, help with negotiations, etc. The decision to hire Deb was the absolute best decision I could have made. I spoke with Deb and then met with her at the home I was selling. She spent hours wit me looking at the home, answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes have recently sold, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. When I saw the house listing, I was blown away. Deb's hard work to make the home presentable; and then meeting with each Buyer's agent and Buyer (it was an estate home being sold so there was a lot of personal property in the home) really paid off - the listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We ha multiple offers, over the list price with in the first few hours after the initial showing. he second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. I know I made the right decision, when another relator, who lived in the neighborhood made the comment the house was priced too high. I think he learned his lesson when the house sold for over the list price. The house went under contract with a few days. Deb did all that was necessary to meet with the inspectors, appraisers, etc. She stayed present throughout the entire process right up to the closing. I will always recommend Deb and her team to everyone I know. She was the consummate professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Debora Obert !!

I am my Mother's power of attorney and both she and I live in New Jersey. We wanted to sell a piece of property my parents had bought over 50 years ago. The property had been bought sight unseen and my parents never visited the area where the property was located. Kimberly was able to provide us a description of the property and area so we could determine whether to keep the property or sell. Since the area was still wooded and many years away from ever being buildable we decided to sell. Kimberly made the experience as easy and quick as was possible. Living in New Jersey did not add any complications that Kimberly was not able to navigate through. I appreciated that very much. We would recommend Kimberly highly for any realestate business you may have.

Nicki really knows her stuff. She's very easy to communicate with and did her best to get my house sold in a timely manner. She also took part in some renovations prior to sale that she deemed would be an advantage to both seller and buyer. I moved in to assisted living prior to selling the house and knew that I could totally trust her. Everything went very smoothly and I thank her.
