Kimberly was very nice but needs improvement on customer service and follow up. The realtor that sold my previous home has been in touch with me several times since the closing to ask how I’ve adjusted to my new home and gave me a house warming gift for my new home even though she is several hours away in another town and had nothing to do with the purchase of my new home. I have not heard from Kimberly since closing on my new home (which was done electronically) other than when she called and told me I couldn’t move in until the title company received the money. The money was already in the process of being wired but Kimberly offered no suggestions as to where I should go in the mean time with two dogs on a very hot June afternoon and a truck load of furniture. The money arrived about an hour and a half later, Kimberly then called me back and said I could move in. Never wished me good luck, thanked me for the sale or asked how I was doing. I haven’t heard from Kimberly since. She did not make my buying a new home a pleasant experience

Our home was a difficult sale due to the fact it was older and had property boundary issues as well as other legalities. Despite being difficult, she went above and beyond to resolve these issue using resources and contacting many different professionals to get the sale done. We were able to resolve everything and get the sale done at the price we wanted. 10000/10 recommend her as your realtor. She will do everything she can to take care of you.

I have lived across the street from Linda for many years but didn’t know her. I knew she was a realtor, so I decided to see if she thought she could sell my house. She helped me above and beyond measure. I had to be out of state. Linda did physical work to get my house ready plus all the mental work. I couldn’t have done it without her. I called the office out of the blue. Anyone could have answered the phone, but I'm so glad it was Maria. I'm not local to the area, so the need for someone from the area who knows the prices and the trends for vacant land was imperative.
