Robin is awesome. She did video walk-thrus for us multiple times, we lived in New Jersey. She is very knowledgeable, and honest. She helped us navigate our closing, lining up mortgage, and title company. I highly recommend using her.

Nicki really knows her stuff. She's very easy to communicate with and did her best to get my house sold in a timely manner. She also took part in some renovations prior to sale that she deemed would be an advantage to both seller and buyer. I moved in to assisted living prior to selling the house and knew that I could totally trust her. Everything went very smoothly and I thank her.

I came to Orlando from out of state and Alvaro was extremely helpful in all aspects of my real estate search. He helped me learn about the Orlando area which helped me to choose which neighborhoods were right for me. He was always patient and encouraged me when I was not finding what I wanted. He was right! With a little more patience, I found exactly what I wanted and am extremely happy with my new home. My experience was so positive, Alvaro is now my realtor for all of my real estate needs.

My husband and I were nervous about this experience, because we were purchasing a place without seeing it first from another state. Cynthia made us feel very comfortable, was always available to answer questions and made sure we were taken care of from afar. She was very professional and knew the market well. We would recommend her and Rex to anyone looking to buy in central Florida.

Leiland is my friend. If I had never met her before our real estate journey, we would be friends as a result of this journey. Leiland freely shares what she knows about the business and is quick to let you know that if she doesn't have an answer, she will get one. She does, and it is lightning fast. She made a point to be direct and professional with all of the many people we encountered along the way. (even when I was not) She put her heart and soul into getting me the best possible price for my sale and the best value for my new home. Leiland is truly a fiduciary-minded agent, she is easy to trust and work with. You will be so grateful that you decided to work with Leiland Theriot.
