From the moment we spoke to Adriana the first time, she was amazing. We called about a property, but it was already under contract. She showed us four properties in the next three days after that. When we walked into the fourth one, we knew it was for us. Adriana helped us every step of the way from looking, to finding a lender, bids, inspections, etc! We didn't have to worry about anything! Nicki helped us find an amazing lender, kept sending us the most recent homes as soon as they became available, and when we found the one we wanted she submitted the offer that night. The next steps would have been rocky but Nicki stream-lined everything with the lender, title company, and closing. Kimberly is attentive and has very good suggestions when selling my estate home. If she was not sure she would research or contact a resource to get the information She would always return messages within 12 hours and depending on what was needed never went more then 24 hours without a reply. She did a great job.
