My husband and I are first time home buyers and knew nothing about this process. Nicki helped us find an amazing lender, kept sending us the most recent homes as soon as they became available, and when we found the one we wanted she submitted the offer that night. The next steps would have been rocky but Nicki stream-lined everything with the lender, title company, and closing. We are proud first time home buyers thanks to Nicki and we will be referring her out to anyone we find in the market to buy/sell a house. :)

Kimberly is attentive and has very good suggestions when selling my estate home. If she was not sure she would research or contact a resource to get the information She would always return messages within 12 hours and depending on what was needed never went more then 24 hours without a reply. She did a great job.

Linda listed my home and went above and beyond on every level from the sales process, to communicating with the seller, negotiating and just making sure that everything was done correctly. With bumps or snags she was right there to solve the problem- got on the phone and took care of any issue that arose. She is an amazing advocate. She went above and beyond in her role. I highly recommend her both as a friend and neighbor. You would do well with Linda as either your buyer or seller agent. She was fabulous.

I told her what was important to me and she picked out the perfect home for me and my dogs PLUS walking distance to my daughters. She listens, shes focused, great communication, very detailed and was even my therapist at times. Linda also went beyond the purchase of my new home, I was trying to sell my other home by myself....( for sale by owner.. DONT do it!) and she took time extra time and explained the correct process. It would have taken forever if it wasnt for the information she gave me. Even after moving into my new home, I had questions about the area and again Linda was there! I can't say enough good things about her.
