I had the pleasure of working with Lin on numerous occasions. She helped me buy my first home after college graduation and later helped me sell that home and purchase another. That was a total of 3 transactions that went very smoothly. My first home was a short sale and I was a novice. She took her time to explain everything and I ended up buying the home within 2 weeks of searching. I worked with Lin back in 2009 I believe on a short sale. She helped me out of a really bad time I was having in my life. My husband and I had separated and he left me with everything to take care of by myself including my children. I had a realtor prior to Lin but she gave me false knowledge and dropped me like a hot potatoe when my house didn't sell after 2 weeks of working with her. A friend I worked with Kali Bindas her mother recommended Lin Blakemore to me - and well the rest is history. She was quick, efficient, came to my house to save me a trip, nice and always professional and polite. Even if where I was living at the time was kind of crazy. I am so blessed to have had that recommendation from my friend at work. Lin saved me and my finances! I am once again working with Lin to try and buy a home now. Time has healed wounds for me, my credit is better and I am due to be married to wonderful man next year in 2017!
