Nate calmly explained how the appeal process worked and guided us flawlessly. Although the appeal didn’t result in a change, Nate somehow worked his magic: the seller agreed to drop the price to match the appraisal, we kept our credit at closing, and even honored the installation of a water line for our fridge previously agreed to!Our mortgage lender had recommended Nate, and we couldn’t be happier they did. He gives amazing advice and never made us feel silly asking any of our “dumb questions” as first-time homebuyers. While we don’t plan on moving anytime soon (we just bought a house! ??), we would recommend Nate to anyone buying or selling a home.
