I had the pleasure of working with Lin on numerous occasions. She helped me buy my first home after college graduation and later helped me sell that home and purchase another. That was a total of 3 transactions that went very smoothly. My first home was a short sale and I was a novice. She took her time to explain everything and I ended up buying the home within 2 weeks of searching. That was back in 2012 when the market was hot and properties were being snatched by investors. 4 years later I contacted Lin again to help me sell it, and she did IN 7 HOURS of it being on the market for FULL ASKING PRICE. I bought the home for 185k and sold it for 254k.. couple of years later you do math! I enjoy working with her and would recommend her to anyone! Real estate agents are dime a dozen and Lin is exceptional!

Lin helped me to learn the area and expose me to various homes available in the immediate area. She was patient and professional. Very organized and excellent people skills. She always asked my opinion or thoughts about the various houses. Very cordial and dependable. Shows her confidence in what she is doing. Pointed out when things were great or not so great.

I worked with Lin back in 2009 I believe on a short sale. She helped me out of a really bad time I was having in my life. My husband and I had separated and he left me with everything to take care of by myself including my children. I had a realtor prior to Lin but she gave me false knowledge and dropped me like a hot potatoe when my house didn't sell after 2 weeks of working with her. A friend I worked with Kali Bindas her mother recommended Lin Blakemore to me - and well the rest is history. She was quick, efficient, came to my house to save me a trip, nice and always professional and polite. Even if where I was living at the time was kind of crazy. I am so blessed to have had that recommendation from my friend at work. Lin saved me and my finances! I am once again working with Lin to try and buy a home now. Time has healed wounds for me, my credit is better and I am due to be married to wonderful man next year in 2017! We are taking out time but Lin is always patient and might I add very efficient in replying back to you in emails. She makes me feel so important. Please give her a round of applause she deserves it! She is also helping my parents buy a home, I recommended her to them. I will keep spreading the word :0))
