A great buyer experience..
Thanks to Tracy, my wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant experience finding and purchasing a lot at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable about the various lots and facilitated the opportunity for us to camp on each lot that we were seriously considering. Staying overnight helped tremendously with our decision process. We were also provided an informational packet that precisely laid out each aspect of the purchase process. SOLD! $$$$$$$$$$$$$
Tracy Hawkins became our listing realtor about 10 months ago. Our lot has great location, easy access but in need of updating. She had many obstacles to hurdle just to be able to use word of mouth to represent lot owners and perspective buyers. The realtor fees that she offered provided competition, in the resort, and positively impacted seller's bottom line. She has always eluded professionalism and market knowledge. Tracy is high energy, honest and is always responsive to her clients. She sold our lot and the closing was streamlined and effortless because of her efforts. In spite of the fact that the resort does not make it easy for her to be successful in listing and advertising her clients lots for sale, she is gaining momentum and will be a force to reckon with real soon!
