Short Market Time
I was very pleased that my lot was sold in a short time since time on market had increased recently. Tracy worked to get my lot on the market quickly once I made the decision to sell. Since she lives in the resort she knows the market and the differences in the various areas and lot types. I was pleased with the sales price and short time on market.

Great communication and very helpful
It was a pleasure working with Tracy on the purchase of our lot at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort. Because she is also a resident in the resort, she instinctively knew what we would need to know or where to get the information we wanted. She was quick to respond and communicated frequently during the process.
