Lisa Richart-Hernandez has been a real estate agent since 2005, specializing in marketing unique properties of all levels. A graduate of Western Michigan University with a BBA in Marketing, Lisa has been in sales her whole working career. With previous experience in radio sales and marketing, direct mail, and internet web design firm, Lisa has the experience needed to target the right buyers and get your home sold for the most amount of money in the quickest amount of time. Lisa is married to George Hernandez and they live in Mount Pleasant with their 4 teenage children. They enjoy traveling, especially in their RV, going to music festivals, cruises and casinos. They do lots of entertaining at their home and host parties annually for the Super Bowl, and around Christmas.

Short Market Time

I was very pleased that my lot was sold in a short time since time on market had increased recently. Tracy worked to get my lot on the market quickly once I made the decision to sell. Since she lives in the resort she knows the market and the differences in the various areas and lot types. I was pleased with the sales price and short time on market.
