Lisa Richart-Hernandez has been a real estate agent since 2005, specializing in marketing unique properties of all levels. A graduate of Western Michigan University with a BBA in Marketing, Lisa has been in sales her whole working career. With previous experience in radio sales and marketing, direct mail, and internet web design firm, Lisa has the experience needed to target the right buyers and get your home sold for the most amount of money in the quickest amount of time. Lisa was "Rookie of The Year" her first year in real estate and has continued to receive top awards in sales ever since to include Realtor of Distinction, top 10 Teams in Carolinas, 100% Club, and Platinum Club. Lisa is also an expert in Short Sale negotiations, Investments and “flips”, and REO foreclosure properties working for over 10 years for many different banks and asset management companies. Lisa is married to George Hernandez and they live in Mount Pleasant with their 4 teenage children. They enjoy traveling, especially in their RV, going to music festivals, cruises and casinos. They do lots of entertaining at their home and host parties annually for the Super Bowl, and around Christmas.
