Tracy Hawkins Came Through for Us Again!
Tracy guided us through the tricky process of purchasing our dream lot at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort at a time when lots were selling fast - absolutely flying off the market. She dropped everything to get us that slice of paradise that we enjoyed more than we expected! We enlisted her help to sell our first lot there, and then later to sell our dream lot when wanderlust led us on our next journey. Tracy and her husband Chris are a huge asset to Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in so many ways. Whether it is as Ambassadors to the magical resort or cooking for resort gatherings, they are the best neighbors and friends you will find, bar none. I highly recommend Tracy as the go-to realtor to serve all your real estate needs and know that she will make your transaction as smooth and drama-free as our's have been.

My experience went very well. Tracy was a big help answering all of my questions.
We looked at all the sites available and with Tracy's help zeroed in on one site. Not being from Hilton Head had its challenges to overcome but with Tracy's knowledge of the area we were successful. Through several phone calls and emails Tracy got me in touch with the right people for things needed to own a lot at HHIMR. I would not hesitate to call on her again. A couple of times in my opinion she went over and beyond to help. Her professionalism was very appreciated and I look forward to meeting with her when we visit.

Working with Tracy
My wife and I were visiting Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort (HHIMCR) and decided we wanted to own a piece of that paradise too!! When we asked who could help us, the other owners suggested Tracy Hawkins. Since we did not know Tracy, we invited her over and she shared with us all the particulars on HHIMCR and market insight and was very helpful in answering our questions. She even walked with us to look at and discuss several available properties. When we decided on a property, Tracy was very responsive in providing all the paperwork and assisting on other items we needed before we drove back to Texas. I would highly recommend Tracy for your HHIMCR property needs!

Great experience
Tracy was very knowledgeable about the resort and very helpful in helping us pick the spot that would meet our needs. She answered every phone call and answered any question we threw her way. When we arrived at the resort after closing of escrow she was extremely friendly and welcoming.
